Writing makes me relaxed (as long as the deadline is sufficiently far away) and I have written or edited travel medicine chapters in various books – see below for a bibliography. In 2014 I was a student of narrative non-fiction at City University, studying under Marcelle Bernstein and Peter Forbes, where I focussed on writing about travel in various forms.
Most writers procrastinate and I spent several evenings absorbed in building this website as a way of avoiding doing my writing homework.
As of January 2015, I’m pleased to be Lead GP Columnist for an innnovate online platform that introduces GP practice managers to locum GPs. Basically it’s a blogging job (plus organising other bloggers). You can read the blog here.
